Abstract: After the first cases in 1992 we created a system to investigate theese variation, not only with jaw tracking K7 System Myotronics, but also with a double system that record the body position and weight distribution on the foots at the same time. In that years was an innovative way, because no ones used so many datas at the same time: body position in front and in side, visus, occlusal splints, weight distribution.. so that in this mode we can search postural adaptation induced from different things. The system in theese years evolved to digital recording and to more sensitivity and reliability. The patient was analized without splint and with splint immediately after. Then was analized 30 days after or more, depending by patient appointement problems. Some patient had follow up of many years.
